Quantum Mechanic's Theory and Schrodinger's cat experiment prove only one thing, "God Is All Powerful, And Omnipotent."

Poor little kitty cat.  Shoved into a box by Erwin Schrodinger back in 1935, and left for the world in a quandary, to worry and wonder in thought, "Will he live or will he die?"    You may be asking yourself, "Who is Schrondinger's Cat? " 

Schrondinger's Cat is an infamous feline, as he serves as an experimental reference pertaining to quantum mechanic's.  Termed an EPR article, named after its authors, Einstein, Podolsky, and Rosen (1935), to prove by way of illustration, "the putative incompleteness of quantum mechanics" (Wikpedia). Schrodinger concocted a scenairo with a cat in a sealed box, where the cat's life or death was dependent on the state of subatomic particle.  According to Schrodinger, the Copenhagen interpretation implies that the cat remains both alive and dead (to the universe outside the box) until the box is opened.  Then is he dead, alive, or both all at once?  

THE LAW OF ATTRACTION, QUANTIM PHYSICS, AND NEW AGE BELIEFS

An article by Kate Corbin titled: "The Law of Attraction and Quantom Physics," sums up best what New Age converts tout as proof of man's inherit powers.  Corbin writes,"The Law of Attraction teaches that we attract into our lives whatever we focus on.  Quantum Physics teaches that nothing is fixed, that there are no limitations, that everything is vibrating Energy.  By understanding that everything is Energy in a state of potential and by applying the Law of Attraction to bring into our lives what we focus on, it is never necessary to feel stuck with an undersirable life.  *We are Creators of the Universe.". 

An online joke about Schrodinger's Cat: 

"Theory says that the cat will enter a quantum state where it is 50 percent alive and 50 percent dead until the experimenter looks inside the box.  However, reality teaches us that the serverely pissed off cat will escape the box well before the 5 minutes are up, attack the experimenter and depart just in time for the severely lacerated experimenter to watch the hammer descend on the cyanide bottle one inch from his nose."

SUPERPOSITION AND QUANTIM PHYSICS

In an article titled, "Save Schrodinger's Cat," by Jill Neimark, Science - Spirit, www.science-spirit.org , Schrondinger's cat illuminates something sticky at the heart of quantum mechanics.  Neimark explains, "...in the quantum world particles can be in multiple locations simultaneously, and doing incompatible things, and in multiple states, and acting in ways that make you wish you were not a quantum theorist.  This is called "superposition" - and superposition persists until somebody looks into the cat box, at which point the possibilities collapse into something real and classical - something we can hear, touch, feel, see, and maybe even understand."

GOD IS THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE - GENESIS 1:1

It was not Schrodinger's intention nor desire to promote the idea of dead - and alive cats as a serious possiblity; quite the reverse, the paradox is a classic "reductio ad absurdum."   Of course as Christians, "We could pray for Schrodinger's cat, open the box and by faith believe he would be alive."  With God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). 

 Dr. Hugh Ross, Ph.D. explains in his article, "Quantum Mechanics, a Modern Goliath," ( www.origins.org/articles/ross_modgoliath.html ), concerning British astrophysicist Paul Davies arguments against God's agency in the creation of the universe,

Quantum Tunneling:

"Noting that virtual particles can pop into existence from nothingness through quantum tunneling, Davies employs the new grad unified theories to suggest that in the same manner the whole universe popped into existence.  Ironically, his arguement against God's creating can now be turned against his hypothesis.  Quantum mechanics is founded on the concept that quantum events occur according to finite probabilities within finite time intervals.  The larger the time interval, the greater the probability that a quantum event will occur.  Outside of time, however, no quantum event is possible.  Therefore, the origin of time (coincident with that of space, matter, and energy) eliminates quantum tunneling as 'creator.'  To Davies' credit, he has been rivising his position.  He recently argued that the laws of physics 'seem themselves to be the product of exceedingly ingenious design.'" 

TIME IS AN ILLUSION

"Time Out of Mind: A New Vision of Temporal Reality."  An Interview with Julian Barbour by Kate Prendergast:

"Time is an illusion, a piece of quantum trickery that fools us into a false sensation of flow in the midst of a static reality?  Physicist Julian Barbout, out of Oxford, England, (book - "The End of Time"),  makes a strong case in this  interview with Scienc & Spirit.  Barbour draws on quantum theory to show how the structures of the universe may in fact be static, while giving rise to the appearance of the flow of time, and he brings together quantum mechanics with the theory of relativity in a bid to solve one of the greatest paradoxes of contemporary science: the gap between classical and modern physics.  ....Barbour reminds us - the world will always be experienced as intensely temporal because it is nature itself that creates the impression of time."

Time is but an impression?  God's word proclaims much the same in 1st Corinthians 13:12:

1st Corinthians 13:12, "Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity.  All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely," (NLT).

STEPHEN HAWKING - "A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME - FROM THE BIG BANG TO BLACK HOLES," BANTAM BOOKS, PAGE 8, WE READ:

"...the concept of time has no meaning before the beginning of the universe.  This was first pointed out by St. Augustine.  When asked: What did God do before He created the universe?  Augustine didn't reply: He was preparing Hell for people who asked such questions.  Instead, he said that time was a property of the universe that God created, and that time did not exist before the beginning of the universe." 

SO...WHAT IS GOD DOING NOW?

John 14:2-4, "In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you.  I am going there to prepare a place for you.  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.  You know the way to the place where I am going."

Jesus is preparing a home called "Heaven," for all His children.   I'm going there, are you?
